Formed by former British and Dutch seamen, engineers and claims adjusters, we carry out maritime, cargo and loss prevention surveys.
Services
Pre-loading, loading/discharge and lashing surveys
We attend pre-loading surveys and loading/discharge of cargo establishing the conditions of the merchandise, supporting our clients on the issuing of adequate remarks on mate's receipts and also providing tools on eventual loss or damage claims.
Cargo quality analyses
We verify the cargo conditions and take samples of all types of cargo including dry bulk cargo as soy, wheat and sugar, liquid bulk, etc. We also attended sample analyses at certified laboratories
Containers inspections
We attend container inspections to verify the structural condition and conformity for the carriage of goods i.e. coffee.
We also attend the stuffing/stripping of containers issuing certificates of the cargo condition and volume found.
Draught surveys
We offer highly qualified professionals to carry out draught surveys to establish the displacement of the vessel before, during and after the loading/discharge of the cargo, verifying the total cargo operated.
Bunker surveys
We conduct bunker surveys to verify the total volume of fuel oil and diesel oil existing on board and/or supplied to a vessel.
Full condition, on-hire/off-hire, hull and machinery surveys
We attend surveys of the structural, electrical and mechanical conditions of the vessels for P&I Clubs, shipowners and charterers. Inspection of holds and hatch covers conditions and watertightness.
